Poole RNLI

With a visit on the Sunday to the commissioning of the Clifden lifeboat RNLI 13-43, in memory of our dear friend Wanda. On the way on Friday visited English Heritage Old Sarum with Saturday seeing a parkrun at Upton House – a delightful country park which had the benefit of being a quieter parkrun than the one in Poole, but who knows with parkrun tourism.

The Saturday afternoon saw, a 15km walk from Sandbanks ferry to Studland and the YHA at Swanage to rekindle old memories. With 2x dinner at Rockfish in Poole.

Sunday saw a 9km walk from Swanage, so what happened 15 years ago here?

We stayed at the on the edge of town Premier Inn.
