A bohemian part of the Hastings to Eastbourne coast, or at least as it would appear. The uniquely unusually named St Leonards Warrior Square station is reachable in 80 or so minutes from Central London by rail.
The Heist food market caters for many tastes and Goat Ledge on the front offers a fine party feel. We guess the 24° weather helps, as indeed day one was windy but in all this is an fair representation of Brits at play by the seaside
