Nest Sites saw 3 of the 6 boxes used in 2024. You can just see some unhatched eggs in the first box, we thought one pair started and then left before another pair of tits took over.
So the boxes are now cleaned ready to go back up in Spring.
The birdies peck some ridges on the inside of the box to make a ladder, I guess so the little ones can fly out. Isn’t nature smart.
